The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) Police Station Case No.309 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that due to scuffle between the children of both the parties, the petitioners having Baishakhi and Hasua in their respective hand came at the door of the informant. Thereafter, the petitioner no.1 Sohan Bind caught hold Rakesh, the maternal grandson of the informant, and when he tried to cut his neck through Hasua, the informant caught hold the hand of the petitioner no.1, but the maternal grandson of the informant sustained cut injury on his neck. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61333 of 2019(2) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 the informant but, in the meantime, the petitioner no.1 caused injury through Baishakhi at forehead of the informant. In course of preventing the assault and sustaining injury, the informant sustained injury at his finger and palm of left hand.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant sustained simple injury at his forehead and grievous injury in his little finger but no injury was found on the person of the maternal grandson of the informant. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) Police Station Case No.309 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
