2. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2016 in connection with V/NCB/PZU Case No. 09/16 / 08/17 for the offences alleged under Sections 8 and 20 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the alleged recovery of 114 Kilogram Ganja from the car in which the petitioner was sitting along with co-accused Shailednra Paswan, who was the driver of the vehicle. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/Chandran U T
