JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2018 At the very outset, the learned counsel for petitioner, faced with the issue of maintainability in view of the judgment of this Court dated 01.12.2017 passed in CWJC no. 2513 of 2017, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move before the appropriate forum.
In such view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum in accordance with law with regard to his grievances raised in the writ petition which shall be decided on its own merits without being prejudiced by the present
Patna High Court CWJC No.5207 of 2018 (2) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 order. It is expected that in case, the petitioner approaches the appropriate forum within four weeks from today, the matter shall be heard and finally decided on merits within six months thereafter.
