The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner was arrested by the local people with the theft money.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21-07-2019. As per FIR itself, the looted amount has already been paid to the informant. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.
