In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No.91 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., the informant received information that accused persons were demolishing the boundary of his field, whereupon the informant and his mother went to the field and asked the accused persons why had demolished the boundary of the field, whereupon the accused persons started assaulting them. Allegation has been made against the present petitioner to have snatched the ear- ring of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32205 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 the mother of the informant.
Looking to the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner-Indu Devi, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No.91 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
