The petitioner who is the mother-in-law of the victim girl apprehends her arrest in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 143/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner has not been assigned any particular role and the entire family has been roped in, in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the husband and the father-in-law of the victim girl are in jail and her sister-in-law (Gotni) has since been extended the privilege of bail. Case No. 143/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
