2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the allegation in the FIR, total 1050 litres country made wine has been recovered from inside two cars bearing Registration No. BR01FW-4557 and BR01BT-5652.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is neither the owner of the said car nor he has any concern with the alleged seized liquor. He further submits that there is no independent eye witness of the seizure

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.2-cum-District and Additional Session Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 277 of 2025.
