1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction upon the respondent-Authorities to pay compensation for the land of the petitioner which has been acquired by the respondent-Authorities for construction of Mega Industrial Park.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this application, case of the petitioner has been referred to Land Acquisition, Resettlement & Rehabilitation Authority, Patna vide Memo No. 1455 dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.10575 of 2017(3) dt.15-12-2023 2/2 20.07.2018 (Annexure-A to the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 & 5) for payment of compensation. In light of the aforesaid facts, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application with a direction to the Land Acquisition, Resettlement & Rehabilitation Authority, Patna to dispose of the petitioner's case.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Land Acquisition, Resettlement & Rehabilitation Authority, Patna, to dispose of the petitioner's case, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
