The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 168 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 363, 366, 366A, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has categorically stated that she had left her home with her own sweet will and no one had kidnapped her. It is further submitted that she wants to go with one Pramod Yadav and has not mentioned the name of this petitioner in any manner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
