====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 436, 427, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is with regard to the petitioners setting on fire residential house of the informant and also dismantling his pucca house.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly, several land disputes are pending between the parties including a title suit, there are case and earlier counter case from both

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32509 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 sides and there is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioners.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
