The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2019 in connection with Barhara(Raghubansh Nagar) P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,326,307,379,427,504,506,302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is mother of the petitioner and she had clearly stated in the FIR that the accused persons had come looking for her son who is none other than the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been wrongly named in the supervision report as in collusion with FIR named accused persons. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
