Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a),26,36 of Arms Act.

A country made loaded pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2017. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on completion of one year of custody, if the trial is not concluded in the meantime, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17421 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chutiya Police Station Case No.61 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
