2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 126 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Though the FIR has been registered under Section 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code but chargesheet has been submitted under Section 376 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in jail since 04.07.2024.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she was in relationship with the petitioner earlier and she is a major.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75966 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st Sheikhpura/concerned Court in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 126 of 2024.
