====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2023 Heard Mr. Lokesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Abhay Kumar, learned APP for the state.

The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court for grant of bail which was rejected vide order dated 18.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc No. 39172 of 2021. A report was called for from the trial court vide order dated 30.11.2022. It has been informed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Gopalganj that only two witnesses are remaining to be examined.

In such circumstances, the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj is directed to produce the two remaining witnesses on the next date fixed by the trial court to get examined.
