1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. Perused the action taken report of the Department of Prohibition, Excise and Registration, Government of Bihar, for implementation of prohibition in the State of Bihar, dated 04.01.2024.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner is the owner of the truck and he has been made accused on the basis of the confessional statement of the driver of the seized truck, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner, by order, dated 07.11.2023, is hereby confirmed.

4. The bail bonds furnished by the petitioner for provisional bail shall be treated to be the bail bond for confirmed anticipatory bail.
