The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Kadwa (Baliya Belon) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case. No specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner. In the injury report, the injuries have been shown to simple in nature. The petitioner has also got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31859 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Katihar in connection with Kadwa (Baliya Belon) P.S.
