2. The present appeal has been preferred:

"for setting aside the order dated 30.8.2022 passed in Complaint Case No. 71/2022 (arising out of Protest cum Complaint petition in Saran S.T/S.C P.S Case No. 45/2020) by which learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Saran took cognizance under Section 323 of the I.P.C. and 3(i)(r) of the S.T/S.C (POA) Act and have issued Summons to the appellants."

3. With the consent of the parties, the appeal has been taken up for hearing and after some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants submit that he shall be taking appropriate steps in accordance with law, when the charges are being framed in the matter.

4. For the present, he wants to withdraw the petition.

5. Accordingly, the Appeal as also the Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
