The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl who is wife of the informant of this case is that due to torture of her husband she had voluntarily married with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No.142 of 2019, with following conditions:

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61633 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
