2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No.41 of 2024 under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against 7 named accused persons including the present petitioners with allegation that they have demanded dowry from the informant and his daughter and upon non-fulfillment of their demand, all of them killed his daughter.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that the petitioners of both the cases have been falsely implicated in the present cases only due to their being family members of the husband of the deceased.
5. Counsel submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioners are clean and there is general and omnibus allegation against them. He further submits that petitioner Nos.1, 2 are mother-in-law and father-in-law and petitioner Nos.3 and 4 are brother-in-law of the deceased and petitioner No.5 is the cousin of the husband of the deceased. He further submits that petitioner No.4 is aged about 28 years and has no concern with their conjugal life. He further submits that the petitioner of second case, namely, Satish Rai is brother of the husband of the deceased.
6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners and submits that the petitioners are named
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67123 of 2024(3) dt.22-03-2025 3/3 in the F.I.R. and there is allegation of killing the informant's daughter upon non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

As such, in the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the above named petitioner Nos.4 & 5, namely, Batish Rai and Jilajit Ray be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Vaishali at Hazipur in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No.41 of 2024, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.

So far as the petitioner Nos.1, 2, 3 and petitioner of second case, namely, Dulari Devi, Bindeshwar Rai, Nitish Rai and Satish Rai, are concerned, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, therefore the bail application of the petitioner Nos.1, 2, 3 and petitioner of second case is hereby rejected.
