That the present petitioner in the capacity of a legal guardian to severely ill father invokes the writ jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court to direct the respondent nos. 2 to 4 in particular to grant the claim of A.C.P. (Assured Career Progression) to his father, in view of the non-grant of the same since his date of retirement on 30.06.2000 whereas the same should have been granted during tenure of his service."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15012 of 2023(2) dt.28-03-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
