JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 3.2.2018, seeks bail in Sasaram (Muffasil) PS Case No. 211 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the IPC.

It is contended that except confessional statement of the petitioner there is no other material, neither any incriminating material was recovered from his possession nor he was put on TIP, besides this he has been in custody since 3.2.2018. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Saurabh Kumar @ Ranjan Kumar @ Tiger is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) PS Case No. 211 of 2018.
