The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that in the evening of 21.03.2019, the daughter of the informant had gone in the field to attend the call of nature but she did not return. In course of search, Mahesh Bind, informant came to know that his daughter was seen with one Ravindra Kumar, son of Ram Bachan Bind. Thereafter the informant went to the house of the father Ram Bachan Bind and the mother Shanti Devi (petitioner) of co-accused Ravindra Kumar and on query, they became enraged and started abusing

Submission is that in fact, due to ill-behaviour in the family of the informant, his daughter left the house and reached the house of her Fua and she used to reside there. After knowing the real fact, the informant filed an application in the court of learned Sub-Judge 1st, Jehanabad on 23.07.2019. Moreover, the petitioner is a lady and she has been implicated in this case being the mother of the co-accused Ravindra Kumar. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender by her within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
