On the contrary, petitioner having already taken up the issue with the competent authority of the State Government, we request the officers concerned to look into the grievance of the petitioner and
Patna High Court CWJC No.11060 of 2018(2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 proceed to take action in accordance with law. Accordingly, on the petitioner filing a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the representation (Annexure7), Respondent No. 2 the Secretary of the Department shall proceed to take action as may be permissible under law. The respondents shall take note of the policy and guidelines of the State Government and proceed in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
