The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 457, 380, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in FIR, when the informant along with his family members were inside in their house, the accused persons including the petitioner came and started assaulting them. In the course of assault, informant's father namely, Ganuar Pandit sustained injuries. It is further alleged that they also took away golden ornaments along with other articles. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and committed no offence. The petitioner and the informant are co-villager an due to village politics, the

Neither the petitioner is named in FIR nor he has been put on TI Parade till date rather his name came into light during investigation. There is no any specific allegation attributed against the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 10.7.2020.

Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 140 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Barh, Patna.
