JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2021 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 17697 of 2018 which had stood dismissed on account of non-prosecution by an order dated 30.07.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he could not be present in the Court on the aforesaid date,

Patna High Court MJC No.3850 of 2019(3) dt.17-02-2021 2/2 when the case was dismissed for non-prosecution, on account of the fact that his father-in-law was ill and he was attending to him.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to restore the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No. 17697 of 2018 to its original file. The petition stands allowed.
