No.6479 of 2020 by which the learned Single Judge has set aside the impugned order that Basgit Purcha Case processed against a dead person, further with an observation that the respondents are given liberty to initiate a fresh proceeding in accordance with

Patna High Court L.P.A No.639 of 2022(13) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 law, if permissible in law.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the contentions raised in the writ petition have not been apprised by the learned Single Judge, if it is so, he has a remedy of filing Civil Review and not L.P.A. Therefore, the present L.P.A. stands disposed of reserving liberty to file Civil Review in C.W.J.C. No.6479 of 2020 decided on 13.10.2022.

3. With the above observation, the present L.P.A. No.639 of 2022 stands disposed of. Pending Interlocutory Application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
