JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 448, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsels appearing for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties in connection with outflow of sewerage water. Nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on
