"(a) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ for directing the Respondent State/Authorities to constitute a committee for ensuring the compliance and monitoring of one year Compulsory Rotating Internship program as mandated by Notification dated 06.12.2022 issued by National Commission for Homoeopathy as well as National Commission For Indian System of Medicime Act, 2020 r/w Notification dated 25.10.2024 issued by the National Commission For Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) in various privately run Homeopathy & Ayurvedic Colleges across the state of Bihar.
(b) For issuance of writ of Mandamus or any other writ for directing Respondent No.3 & 4 to strictly implement the policy of one year Compulsory Rotating Internship since the Private Homeopathy & Ayurvedic Colleges are blatantly flouting the norms for issuance of internship certificates as there are no proper infrastructure or implementation of strict training policy as mandated by National Commission for Homeopathy (NCH) as well as National Commission For Indian System of Medicine (NCISM).
