The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2019 in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 272, 273 and 420 and Sections 30(a), 35 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but have been saddled on the petitioner merely on suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.61920 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019.
