2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 402 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 34 of the IPC and 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. Vide order dated 12.05.2025, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.

5. It has jointly been submitted that the mediation has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71366 of 2024(6) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 become successful. The agreement entered into between the parties has been annexed with the learned Mediator's report dated 13.11.2025.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has paid the entire amount, according to the terms and conditions of the agreement.

7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 402 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

8. If either of the parties retracts from the terms and conditions of compromise, the learned court below may pass appropriate orders.
