2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 179(C) of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A), 323, 504, 506/34 of IPC.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. Vide order dated 20.08.2025, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.

5. Report of the learned Mediator dated 25.09.2025 has been received which shows that the dispute has been resolved mutually. The terms and conditions of the compromise entered into between the parties has been annexed with the aforementioned mediation report.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband and the wife are residing together, leading a happy conjugal life.

7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Complaint Case No. 179(C) of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
