JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT & ORDER Date: 18-07-2017 The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents-Bihar School Examination Board (hereinafter referred to as the 'BSEB') to make necessary correction in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9758 of 2017 dt.18-07-2017 2/2 Intermediate Certificate and Mark-sheets, to the extent it relates to father's name, name of the College and division in which the petitioner passed Intermediate Examination, in accordance with the tabulation register.

2. The petitioner is said to have passed the said Intermediate Examination in the year 1992, conducted by the Bihar Intermediate Education Council, which subsequently came to be superseded and function, which the Council was discharging, is now being discharged by the BSEB. 3.

After 25 years of his passing of the Intermediate Examination, which the petitioner claims to have passed in the year 1992, no positive direction can be given by this Court in writ jurisdiction to the BSEB to make the corrections.

4. It will, however, be open to the petitioner to pursue his case before the BSEB.
