23. 17-09-2018 In view of the Annexure-R-1/N attached with the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the Collector, Madhubani, it appears that the order of the learned writ court has been complied with wholly.

Patna High Court MJC No.160 of 2014 (23) dt.17-09-2018 Mr. Ansul, learned counsel representing the persons who have been displaced submits that even though some steps have been taken towards rehabilitation but still people are required to be placed on the land allotted to them. It is also submitted that they have filed a writ application seeking appropriate direction in this regard from the learned writ court. In the aforesaid view of the matter, nothing remains in this contempt application. It is disposed off, accordingly.
