Petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 1.2.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18147 of 2022. In compliance of order dt. 3.11.2023, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received which has been kept at Flag 'A'.

The report of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-IV-Rohtas at Sasaram dt. 9.11.2023 suggests that trial is likely to be concluded very soon.

In that view of the matter, this application stands disposed off.
