2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bairgachhi P.S. Case No. 66 of 2025 for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita lodged on 14.06.2025 by the informant, Shakila.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant who is mother of the petitioner alleged that when she was coming with her son Masroor on bike, this petitioner who lives in his in-laws' house, intercepted and after abuse, assaulted. When the son, Masroor came to the rescue, he was also assaulted by iron rod on the head causing injury. This led to the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that exaggerated FIR is there, only due to family dispute, he has

5. Learned APP on the other hand has taken this Court to the FIR to show that the mother who is the informant has alleged that she was beaten by this petitioner who is her own son and when the other son came to the rescue, brutal assault was made on his head.

6. Considering the submissions of the parties as also material on record, no relief can be extended.
