2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The petitioner has been named by the co-accused Ramashish Yadav. There is recovery of 202.08 litres of illicit liquor. The petitioner is in jail since 05.07.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70121 of 2024(2) dt.05-10-2024 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge-XIII-cum-Special Judge Excise-1, Gopalganj /concerned Court in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2023.
