The present application has been filed for the following relief :
"for giving direction to Respondent authority to further investigation in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 703 of 2021 for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code".
After some arguments counsel for the State submits that this case may be disposed off in the light of the order passed by the coordinate Bench in Cr.W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 (Surendra
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1451 of 2022(3) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 Singh Vrs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022.
Upon going through the pleadings and the arguments made, the petitioner is directed to file his representation for his grievances before the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria (respondent no. 3) within four weeks from today and the Superintendent of Police is directed to do the needful in accordance the directions given in the above mentioned case. With this observation, this criminal writ petition is disposed off.
