JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-08-2018 The petitioner has put to challenge the letter no. 2196 dated 08.03.2018, issued by the Secretary, Bihar State Madrasa Education Board, where by the District Education Officer, West Champaran, has been directed to make on the spot enquiry of the formation of two Managing Committees of Madarsa Madarsatul Banat, Islamia, Narkatia, Gauripur, Sikta, West Champaran. There is a prayer for stay of the said letter also, in the meanwhile.

This is not being disputed that the petitioner has a remedy of appeal against the impugned decision of the Board. This application is, accordingly, disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner prefers an appeal before the competent authority, same must be considered and disposed of on merits.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5836 of 2018(2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 Any question of limitation, if raised by any party, shall be considered by the appellate authority, keeping in mind the time spent by the petitioner in pursuing the present writ application before this Court.

This application stands disposed of.
