JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P. S. Case No. 177 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B), 323, 201, 34 of IPC. Petitioner happens to be the cousin father-in-law of the deceased. Case is of dowry death.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and earlier the informant has filed a case when the death of daughter of the informant took place, but later on, after one month, the present case has been lodged. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the father-in-law and mother-in-law has been allowed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 08.02.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 60509 of 2017. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul, Motihari, in connection with Ramgarhwa P. S. Case No. 177 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sunil Shukla/- U T
