JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2018 This application has been filed seeking direction to the respondent-State Government to issue necessary order of permanent recognition in favour of the institution, in terms of the provisions as contained in Bihar and Orissa Nurses Registration Act 1935 and the Nurses Training-Recognition, Affiliation and conduct of Examination of School of Nursing Rules, 1997 for conducting ANM course.

It has been stated in the writ application that a duly constituted inspecting team has inspected the institute, in question, i.e. Maa Tara Institute of Technical Education and has submitted a favourable report, copy of which has been brought

Patna High Court CWJC No.10626 of 2018(2) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 on record by way of Annexure-4. In the said background, it is the petitioner's grievance that the State-respondents are not taking any prompt action on the said inspection report in respect of grant of recognition.

Considering the facts and circumstances as asserted in the writ application, the same is being disposed of with a direction to the Director-in-Chief (Nursing), Health Services, Government of Bihar, Patna, to take a final decision in the light of the inspection report, in accordance with law, by last week of September, 2018.

This application stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
