2. In pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10.09.2025, the petitioner was allowed to participate in the counselling duly conducted by the Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, Bhagalpur.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 3 to 5. Referring to the averments made therein, it is submitted that since the petitioner had competed on paid seat and he was offered to take admission against the paid seat, but he refused to take admission on the paid seat and has

Patna High Court CWJC No.14979 of 2025 dt.09-10-2025 2/2 requested to return the original certificate and fees deposited by him vide his written application dated 11.09.2025, the same shall be refunded to him.

4. In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit and the submissions advanced, this Court does not find any reason or occasion to continue with the present matter and accordingly the same stands disposed of with a direction to the Registrar of the University to refund the fees and the original certificate of the petitioner, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed.
