Having regard to the fact that the representation filed by the petitioner pursuant to the direction of this Court in the connected writ application has already been disposed of, the grievance of the petitioner with regard to non-payment of certain portion of salary cannot definitely be looked into in the contempt application. This application is, accordingly, disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority/ court as with regard to fresh grievances which now has emerged on account of disposal of the representation.
