This is the second attempt to the petitioner to seek bail as it has been submitted that by order dated 14.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 53194 of 2021 his bail application was rejected by a detailed and a reasoned order on ground that on account of assault made by the petitioner that the son of the informant had died.

The Court in the nature of allegation is not inclined to entertain the regular bail application of the petitioner seeking bail thus is rejected, however the learned trial court is directed to ensure that the trial is completed within a period of one year from today as it has been submitted that charges against the petitioner stands framed, in the event, if the trial is not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68342 of 2022(2) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 completed and the petitioner files an application seeking bail before the learned trial court and the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that for no fault of the petitioner the trial could not be completed then the learned trial court shall pass order in accordance with law.
