2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner informs this Court that the learned Munsif, 1st Sasaram is delaying to adjudicate the election petition No.01 of 2021 in which the petitioner has challenged the election of Gram

Patna High Court CWJC No.15580 of 2023 dt.08-01-2024 2/2 Panchyat Karup whereby the respondent no.4 has been elected as Sarpanch of the said Gram Panchayat on the grounds mentioned in the election petition.

3. The petitioner has sole grievance that the election petition be disposed of expeditiously which is pending since 2021 as respondent no.4 was declared elected allegedly having been favoured by the returning officer.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the Munsif 1st Rohtas may take steps to conclude the proceeding pending before him expeditiously.
