2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 114 of 2023 instituted under Sections 376, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the FIR, it appears that this is case of consensual sex. The victim girl is a major. The petitioner is the mother of the main accused.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70150 of 2024(2) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 114 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
