The petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2019 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 232 of 2019 arising out of Angarghat P.S. Case No. 1 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant received message that her sister aged about 65 years, who was living with his younger son namely co-accused Saroj Das and daughter-in-law, has been killed. It is therefore, alleged that the informant has raised suspicion that his younger son namely co-accused Saroj Das and daughter-in-law have together committed murder of her sister. It is further submitted that the entire allegation is based on mere suspicion and, therefore, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail. It is further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61222 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 submitted that the husband of the present petitioner, namely, Mithilesh Das against whom similar suspicion was raised, has since been extended the privilege of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 27701 of 2019 vide order dated 12.07.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 1 of 2019.
