Let the same be done during the course of the day. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Purnea Division, Purnea to dispose of the pending appeal.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the appellate authority to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, if not already disposed of.
