2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 226 of 2023, dated 08.08.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 353, 431, 504 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation in the FIR is that as many as 11 accused persons along with 100 unknown persons are said to have blocked the road on account of damage having been done to the temple caused by the police.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits submits that name of the petitioner does not appear in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66113 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/3 the FIR, although names of 11 persons have been taken. It is further submitted that the accused persons who have been named in the FIR, have already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 30.10.2024, 09.07.2025 and 04.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74635 of 2024, Cr. Misc. No. 41988 of 2025 and Cr. Misc. No. 36535 of 2025 respectively.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State on the other hand vehemently opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and further considering the fact that petitioner is not named in the FIR, the FIR named co-accused persons have already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court and case of the petitioner stands on better footing having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court concerned within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with
