JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.1.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 41948 of 2017 by which petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this court with condition that he will deposit Rs. 1,65,000/- in Government Treasure.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that said amount was directed to be deposited in Government Treasury. He makes prayer to make amendment in the order that the money be deposited in the name of Civil Surgeon cum Secretary District Health Society, Kaimur as the same has been accepted with respect to other accused persons. A prayer is also made to extend the time for deposit of the amount and surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10332 of 2018(2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 Accordingly the order dated 25.1.18 passed in Cr. Misc no. 41948 of 2017 is modified to the extent that petitioner shall deposit the aforesaid amount by way of demand draft in the name of Civil Surgeon -cum -Secretary District Health Society Kaimur and petitioner will surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order with valid proof of showing deposit of the aforesaid amount in terms of the order dated 25.1.18 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 41948 of 2017 and analogous cases and order passed in the instant petition.

This Cr. Misc. application is allowed.
