1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the order dated 14.03.2023 passed in Anganwadi Appeal Case No.01 of 2018 passed by the District Magistrate- cumCollector, Jamui (Hereinafter referred to as respondent No.4) whereby and whereunder the appeal preferred by the petitioner has been rejected affirming the order dated 02.02.2018 passed in Case No. 16 of 2016-17 passed by the District Programme Officer, Jamui.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15476 of 2023(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 (ii) To quash the order dated 02.02.2018 passed in Case No. 16 of 2016-17 passed by the District Programme Officer, Jamui whereby whereunder the petitioner has been terminated to the post of Anganwadi Sewika selected for Anganwadi Centre Code No.149 situated in Ward No.13 Muslim+ Bhumihar Tola, Kapan, District-Jamui.

(iii) To direct the respondent No.7 to appoint the petitioner to the appoint post of Anganwadi Sewika for Centre Code No.149, situated in Anganwadi Centre No. 149 situated in Ward No.13 Muslim + Bhumihar Tola, Kakan, P.S.- Jamui, DistrictJamui."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
